Minh Nguyen, DO, MPH

Minh Nguyen, DO, MBA, MPH is a board-certified occupational medicine specialist with over two decades of executive physician leadership. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Dr. Nguyen has a proven track record of scaling medical operations, notably serving as Vice President of Medical for US HealthWorks and later as VP of Medical Operations for Concentra, where he oversaw clinical excellence across 100+ clinics and 250 clinicians.

In 2021, he founded Agile Occupational Medicine, rapidly expanding the group to 44 clinics as Chief Medical Officer. He currently serves as CMO for ProActive Work Health Services. A Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (FACOEM), Dr. Nguyen is a past President of the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California (OPSC) and remains a prominent voice in the industry through his board seat at the California Coalition of Workers Compensation (CCWC).

Beyond his clinical leadership, he is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Touro University and holds four advanced master’s degrees (MBA, MPH, MHA, MGH), reflecting his deep commitment to the intersection of business, public health, and clinical excellence.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests from attendees must be submitted in writing to the Elevate Conference team. The following refund schedule applies:

90 Days or More Prior to the Conference

(On or before June 23, 2026)

A cancellation made 90 days or more prior to the event is eligible for a 50% refund (minus admin fees) of the total attendee fee. Alternatively, the attendee may choose to roll over 75% of the paid fees as a credit toward Elevate 2027.

Between 89 and 60 Days Prior to the Conference

(June 24 – July 23, 2026)

Cancellations received between 60–89 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of the paid amount may be applied as a one-time credit toward Elevate 2027.

Less Than 60 Days Prior to the Conference

(July 24, 2026 and after)

Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the event are non-refundable. No credit or rollover will be offered due to the proximity to the event and expenses already incurred.

Substitutions

Attendees may transfer their registration to another representative within their organization or to another company at no cost. Substitutions must be submitted.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

If the organizer or Hotel Del Coronado cancels due to unforeseen issues (fire, pandemic, etc.), exhibitors and sponsors will receive a full refund (minus admin fees) or full rollover credit toward a future Elevate event.
