Shipping of Materials

Shipping of materials and installation fees are not included in the exhibitor fee. Arrangements for shipping and storage of displays and materials must be made through Hotel Del Coronado. Each package includes two full days of exhibit space, two full conference passes, basic amenities, listing in the event app, and the attendance list. Premium packages include additional benefits such as 8’ x 8′ premium space and enhanced visibility.

Exhibit booth and materials installation is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, from Noon to 6:00 PM and Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. All exhibits must be fully set up and arranged by Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM.

IMPORTANT: Elevate Conference & Exhibition will not allow any installation of exhibits after the show’s opening unless permission is received from Elevate administration.

Exhibit booth and materials dismantling may begin Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026, with the exact afternoon start time to be announced.

July 31, 2026: Deadline for sponsors to submit high resolution logo and ads and other deliverable items needed for promotion materials. Please send to info@elevateworkcomp.com.

All cancellation requests from exhibitors and sponsors must be submitted in writing to the Elevate Conference team. The following refund schedule applies:

90 Days or More Prior to the Conference
(On or before June 23, 2026)

A cancellation made 90 days or more prior to the event is eligible for a 50% refund (minus admin fees) of the total exhibitor or sponsorship fee. Alternatively, the exhibitor/sponsor may choose to roll over 75% of the paid fees as a credit toward Elevate 2027.

Between 89 and 60 Days Prior to the Conference
(June 24 – July 23, 2026)

Cancellations received between 60–89 days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of the paid amount may be applied as a one-time credit toward Elevate 2027.

Less Than 60 Days Prior to the Conference
(July 24, 2026 and after)

Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the event are non-refundable. No credit or rollover will be offered due to the proximity to the event and expenses already incurred.

Substitutions
Exhibitors and sponsors may transfer their booth or sponsorship benefits to another representative within their organization or to another company at no cost. Substitutions must be submitted.

Event Cancellation by Organizer
If the organizer or Hotel Del Coronado cancels due to unforeseen issues (fire, pandemic, etc.), exhibitors and sponsors will receive a full refund (minus admin fees) or full rollover credit toward a future Elevate event.

Installation/Dismantling of Exhibits

Exhibit booth and material installation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All exhibits must be fully set up and arranged by Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

ELEVATE® will not allow any installation of exhibits after the show’s opening unless permission is received from ELEVATE® administration. Dismantling and removal by Exhibitors may begin on Thursday, September, 4, 2025 at 4:00 PM after the Awards Ceremony.

All exhibit material must be removed by 6:00 PM Thursday, September 4, 2025.
